With experience in over 150 construction sites, ECA Consulting overs expert Environmental Control Office Duties. We have undertaken monitoring for both small scale and large infrastructure projects for major role players in the industry. Prior to commencement of site activities, we will undertake a pre-construction audit to set a baseline for construction auditing. During construction, we will audit construction activities weekly or monthly (or bi-monthly) against an approved Environmental Management Programme (EMPr) and/or Environmental Authorisation (if applicable). If you do not have an EMPr we can prepare one for you. We will continue auditing until site closure and prepare an environmental snags list for the contractor to address before the site is officially closed.
