We screen the site against various environmental parameters and legislation to identify fatal flaws and to determine the required environmental approvals. Following screening we are able to confirm if your development will trigger a Basic Assessment or Scoping & EIA process and/or WULA. We can also advise on the required specialist input at an early stage in the process.
